Under the guidance of Prof. Herbert Johnson, a distinguished scholar-practitioner with advanced expertise in theology, leadership, management, and strategic innovation, JBI integrates theological wisdom with practical leadership skills. Prof. Johnson’s academic background includes:

• A Master’s Degree in Theology from Oral Roberts University (USA)
• A Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Management from Logos University (USA)
• Public Leadership Credentials from Harvard Kennedy School
• Specialization in Strategy from Harvard Business School
• A Master’s Degree in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford (England)

Complementing his formal education, Dr. Johnson is a certified member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team and studied biblical principles at Charis Bible College. His unique fusion of theological wisdom, business acumen, and leadership theory equips him to transform organizations and empower leaders worldwide.
